This place is SO GOOD!! My husband and I love their steak street tacos, salsa, and churros!! The service is also great and super quick! Everyone is always so nice!

We regularly order delivery from Aurelia's and every time food has been even better than expected, perfectly prepared, seasoned and put together with generous portions and tasty condiments. Love the food taste and the service is great for quick service location (order at the counter, doesn't take long for the food but it's freshly made) Adding pics of the menu as of March 2024 as I was looking here for that and couldn't find it.

I would have to call this place good - not great. The service was very fast, which was great for me swinging by for a quick lunch. The menu was a little limited - but they had chicken enchiladas so I was a happy man. As always, I asked to make it spicy. This resulted in the green sauce in lieu of the red sauce I guess. No jalapenos or other additions to crank up the heat. The chips and salsa weren't my favorite. The salsa's consistency was a little watery and the flavor had kind of a funny spicy, yet sweat combo. It wasn't what I would call your "traditional" red Mexican restaurant table salsa. Also, for any frequent flyer of Mexican restaurants wants to know - you have to pay for the chips and salsa, it is not complimentary! On to the enchilada... Well, it wasn't spicy at all to start with. So that was a little bit of a let down. With that being said - the flavor was great! The green sauce was very generously added to the enchiladas so that I could get plenty of flavor in every bite. I even mixed the rice in the leftover sauce and scooped it with my chips after abandoning the red salsa. I don't know of many Mexican restaurants in the area, so I can see how this is one of the better options in the Eden Prairie/Chan corner. I wish there was more punch to the dish when requested spicy, but I enjoyed my lunch overall!

BEST tasting food ever...Aurelia's uses the freshest ingredients and puts some sort of magic into their secret sauce that makes my mouth water and that's not because it's spicy (because it's not...just right for my sensitive senior tongue). Friendly fast service too. I can't say enough. I could say more but words are not enough to tell you how much I like this place. Besides I don't like to talk with my mouth full. I ordered a Veggie Burrito today and it's memorable. My wife ordered the Beef Chimichanga and can't rave enough. I was going to take a photo of her meal but she already ate it. Well, actually not all of it...it was so huge she is saving half of it for the next meal.

It was a bit tough to get help on the menu items as it pertains to the special menu items listed at the restaurant. I went with my staple favorites so I got the 3 taco special choosing the fish, chorizo, and steak no beans and double rice. All were very tasty and especially the rice. I will have to try to get guacamole or avocados and horchata if they have that next time. Prices are reasonable and the service was quick.

I´m a sucker for Mexican food, especially authentic food, so Aurelia´s is my go to in Eden Prairie. RC is not a fan of Mexican but is willing to humor me ... and he does like their steak fajitas, so score! We ordered from Bite Squad mid afternoon because we both were hungry. RC got the fajitas and I got a chicken chimichanga, a treat I usually deny myself. Hey, if you can´t treat yourself during pandemic quarantine, when can you? RC´s fajitas were perfectly cooked as was my Chimi. The one thing is he requested no cheese and there was cheese, but since it was real cheese and not a sauce he could pick it off (and I could eat it!). The tortillas were warm an so fresh, and the refried beans had a little kick. I wish we´d been hungry enough to get chips and guac, but maybe next time!
